The dataset has a title named ‘Use of Excel Ribbon’. We can center the title by using Excel Ribbon easily. So, without further delay, let’s see the steps for doing this.
Steps:
- First, we can see that the title is in cell B2.
- Now, we need to select the cells in which we want to center the text. Here, we have chosen cells B2:D2.
- Next, go to the Home tab and click the button Merge & Center.
- After that, the title will look like this:
- At this time, with the title still selected, click the Middle Align button in the Home tab.
- Eventually, the title is centered successfully like in the picture below.
- Now that the title has been centered, we can add whatever formatting we want to make it look nice. Here, we have selected the Home tab and clicked the Cell Styles.
- Later, select any style for the cell from the window. For example, we have selected the Heading 2 option from the Titles and Headings section.
