The first method to fit an Excel sheet on one page is to use AutoFit Window. This feature will fit the sheet on the window screen. This method is useful in fitting a table with a large number of columns. Let’s see how to perform this method step by step.

  • First of all, copy the entire table by pressing CTRL+C.

In this section, I will demonstrate another method to fit an Excel sheet on one page in Word. I will copy and paste the entire table as an image in this method. Hence, the table will be set along with the image. Let’s see how to do it step by step.

  • First of all, copy the entire table by pressing CTRL+C.

  • After that, right-click your mouse to bring the context menu.
  • Then, select the Paste as Picture option (see image below).

Note

  • You can also reduce the font size to modify the print layout. By doing so, you may fit your entire dataset on one page. However, this will not directly fit your dataset on one page. You will have to go for a trial and error procedure.
  • It is also possible to adjust a large table on one page by changing the page margin. This method will also take several trials for you to find suitable margins.
