The most common reason for Power Map add-in is not visible is that the add-in is not available in that version of Excel or the box for the power map is not checked.

Now I will discuss in detail the way to solve the issue step by step.
Step 1: Open Excel Options to Get the List of Add-ins
- Go to the File tab.
- Go to More >> Select Options.
Step 2: Open Add-ins Option to Select Power Map
- The Excel Options window will open. Select Add-ins.
Step 3: Add Power Map from Available Options
- Now, select Microsoft Power Map for Excel >> choose COM Add-ins from the drop-down >> select Go.
Step 4: Check Power Map to Activate and Show in Insert Tab
- COM Add-ins window will open. Check Microsoft Power Map for Excel >> select OK.
Now Power Maps should work. You will find the Map features in the Insert tab.
Things to Remember
- Please remember to check the box for Power Map.
- You should click OK, not Add.
