Introduction to Problem with Clipboard

Before going to the solutions, let me explain the problem first. The clipboard feature is available in every Microsoft Office program, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and others.
There are instances when the Microsoft Excel application displays an error signal when the user attempts to copy anything from a file. The message is: There’s a problem with the clipboard, but you can still paste your content within this workbook.
When a user tries to copy something while another program is using the clipboard, this problem occurs. Once Microsoft Office starts displaying this error message, you can no longer copy to or paste from any Microsoft Office apps into any other programs.
This is what the message looks like.
