[Solved] Need to return the same value across multiple cells based on multiple criteria

Hello

Hopefully someone is able to help me please, I'm trying to add a formula that it returns the same value across multiple cells

so the goal is to add an appointment status (column E) based on multiple look ups but only return the same value rather then show results from each row, so, if the case number (column A) has a future appointment (Column B) and if its a Subcontractor or DLO (Column D), this should return the appointment status (Column E) but across case numbers that are duplicated - add manually to show as an example.

If someone is able to help with this, should be a good start for me to replicate across other look ups required

Thanks

Hello Dan Carle,

Welcome to ExcelDemy Forum! Thank you for posting.

I understand you want to add a formula that it returns the same value across multiple cells. Again, you have mentioned some conditions or rules for the data setup. Unfortunately,
I don't see a valid Rule or Condition you are imposing to set the status.
For example:
Case: C1286507 and C1334075 have the same rules in columns B, C, and D the same yet different status.

Can you please clarify? We will get back to you as soon as you do. Thank you.
