Let’s see the steps.

Steps:

  • Firstly, select the cells that you want to print.
  • Secondly, go to the Page Layout tab from the Ribbon.
  • Thirdly, select Print Area.

Now, you will see a drop-down menu will appear.

  • After that, select Set Print Area from the drop-down menu.

Here, you will see that your selected cells have been set as Print_Area.

  • Finally, check the Print option from Gridlines.

2. Employing Page Layout Tab to Print a Blank Sheet with Lines

In this second method, I will show you how to print a blank Excel sheet with lines by employing Page Setup.
Let’s see the steps.

Steps:

  • First, go to the Page Layout tab.
  • Secondly, select the dialog box option from Page Setup.

  • Firstly, go to the Sheet tab
  • Secondly, select the marked button to select the Print Area.
