i need to make a list of 1000 businesses in excel

for example i need a column for business name, number, address, contact name, contact number, contact email, notes, and status. for example from all the businesses listed within eastlibertychamber.org. How is this done, i refuse to click back and forth copying and pasting because I'm ancient. Im going to jump off my roof doing it this way.
