Dialog Box launcher of Excel Ribbon

Some groups may have more commands that they are showing in the Ribbon. For example, the Page Setup group of commands in the PAGE LAYOUT ribbon has more commands than it is showing in the group. How did we know that? You see there is a small arrow located in the lower-right corner of the Page Setup group of commands. Click on this small arrow, Page Setup dialog box appears like the image below with more commands.

A dialog box normally has several tabs. In the image below, you see Page Setup dialog box has four tabs:

  1. Page
  2. Margins
  3. Header/Footer
  4. and Sheet

Browse the tabs to get more commands. To browse the tabs, you can use the mouse pointer, and also you can use keyboard shortcuts CTRL + Page Down and CTRL + Page Up.
